	Septic Inspection
	We will open and inspect the entire system with the aid of a fiber optic camera. If situations require us to, we also have the aid of dye and flush-ables. We require inside access to the home, running water and if necessary, electricity to conduct our inspections.

2 Day Hydraulic Load Test

A 2 day hydraulic load test is performed to confirm the proper functionality of the absorption area. In accordance with NJDEP standards, we cannot give a satisfactory conclusion on a home that has been vacant for 7 or more days. Our reports will always state that the system requires additional investigation if a load test is not conducted. Hydraulic load tests are not limited to vacant homes. They are also performed when you have a change in occupancy, if there is a leaking treatment tank or when effluent hasn't reached the absorption area.

	Pumping of Treatment Tank
	We contract out with different pumping companies to pump out treatment tanks AFTER the technicians arrive onsite and inspect the treatment tank for normal operating levels. We do not provide pumping of a treatment tank unless we are performing an inspection or re-inspection at the location.

Oil Tank Sweep

We require access to search inside and outside the home for all signs of the use, or previous use, of underground storage tanks. We utilitize high intensity metal detectors to scan for underground oil tanks which can detect 8 feet below the surface. Our normal range of sweeps is a 30 Foot perimeter around the dwelling. Please contact the office for pricing if you require a larger area swept or if there are additional dwellings on the property.

Sewer Line Inspection

An inspection of the sewer line from the house to the main line in the street will be inspected with a fiber optic camera. We will be looking for breaks in the lines, blockages, root intrusion and ponding of water in the line.

2 System Septic Inspection

If during the course of a septic inspection we find that there are 2 systems for 1 dwelling there will be an additional charge. For instance, if the septic has a black water system and a gray water system.
